A credit is a unit of usage in Adam. Different actions consume different amounts of credits: 1 PDF page/image = 1 credit, 1 message = 0.5 credit, 1 transaction = 0.25 credit.
Our plans include different credit amounts: Starter plan includes 75 credits monthly, Pro plan includes 150 credits monthly, and Business plan includes 500 credits monthly. You can purchase additional credits if you need more.
You must have credits to use the platform. When you run out of credits, you'll need to purchase additional credits to continue using the service.
No, credits expire after 30 days from the date of purchase or allocation. Unused credits cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Starter plan includes 1 user, while Pro and Business plans include unlimited users. Each team member gets their own login and can collaborate on the same account.
We offer three plans: Starter ($18/month) for solopreneurs with 75 credits and 1 user, Pro ($36/month) for small teams with 150 credits and unlimited users, and Business ($72/month) for established businesses with 500 credits and unlimited users. All plans include bank connections and integrations.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
Payment and usage are per business or organization. Each organization has its own credit pool and billing cycle. You can choose between monthly or annual billing.
